BERKS GYMNASTICS TEAM EAST
Participation Agreement
2024/2025 Gymnastics Season


This Agreement made this August 2024 between Berks East Gymnastics, hereinafter referred to as “BERKS EAST TEAM” and the parents of the gymnast listed hereinafter referred to as “PARENTS” whose son/daughter(s) is expected to train and compete in the 2024-2025 season.

WHEREAS, BERKS EAST TEAM gymnasts compete at the local, state, regional and national levels in women’s gymnastics in Levels 3 through 10 and Xcel and Gymnastics for ALL – several disciplines and levels.

WHEREAS, PARENTS desire to have their son/daughter(s) join the BERKS EAST TEAM for the 2024-2025 competitive year with the understanding and agreement that participation on the BERKS EAST TEAM involves a significant financial commitment and ongoing participation obligation, which is the purpose of this Agreement;

INTENDING to be legally bound hereby, the parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be duly executed by their duly authorized representatives on the day first written above.
